Head Greenkeeper Paul Jeffries has been in charge of Oxley Park Golf Club for 11 years – he is assisted by deputy Ian Holborn. After a factory visit to Crocodile Golf, they renewed the bottom blades of the courses’ fleet of Jacobsen Greensmowers and also the Ransomes-Jacobsen fairway mowers.
At this time of year the finish on this mature course requires a type of manicure only possible with the most steeley-eyed equipment. Commenting on the products performance, Paul Jeffries says: “these replacement blades have surpassed their expectations – in fact they’re almost too well made –they have provided a substantially stronger performance than the other products on the market”
